Friendship Beach Resort & Atmanjai Wellness Centre

The pool, room, and restaurant were wonderful! We had the beach front room with jacuzzi and it was a great room and the price was great. We also befriended many of their well cared for cats that add a nice touch to the resort.

The location is very remote. If you are looking for a place to explore by foot this is not the resort for you but if you want a place to relax and be peaceful this place is it!

Amazing location, quiet , right on the water, not too big, wonderful staff and varied food on offer. We felt so relaxed , it was just lovely . We had some lovely meals and lots of great massages.

A broader variety for breakfast would be nice

This is a great place to stay and it is right on the beach. It was 50 steps from our room to the beach. The breakfast was delicious. Fantastic rooms.

There was nothing to dislike here it’s a fantastic place to stay.

quiet zone

Beach is not for swimming, advertising pictures are not showing the reality of this hotel, tides affect a lot the beach, when tide is low (most of the time) you have ~200 meters of mud and when tide is high (twice a day, being one at dawn) the beach not good for swimming, if you are going to Phuket for the beaches this is not the place to go. Personally think that prices doesn't reflect the right value for money, having extensively travelled, my expectations were much higher for the pictures and the paid price. I didn't like breakfast, have been in much cheaper places were breakfast options were way much better. I made a mistake while booking, one of the rooms (for my sons) instead of a twin I booked a double, given that there were no available twin rooms they helped me adding one bed to the room, but charged me for that bed per night, it was not an additional bed for and additional person, it was just one bed so my sons can sleep in different beds in a room that I paid for 2 persons.
