Casa Montelado

The villa is amazing, it is in a beautiful location with gorgeous views. Excellent facilities, especially the pool, kitchen appliances and BBQ. We are a family of 8 and had plenty of space, there are games and pool toys for the kids - they had a ball. Very close to Mijas Pueblo and just a short drive to Fuengirola and other tows along the coast. Paul was an excellent host, very responsive and clear.

We couldn't fault Casa Montelado, it exceeded expectations and had everything we needed.

A beautiful villa only a 15 minute drive from Mijas Pueblo. Excellent views out to the coast & really liked the pool area and BBQ. The hosts also provided a lot of basics such as tea, coffee, spices, cooking oil etc & also provided helpful tips for things to do nearby. Our teenagers also really enjoyed the table tennis. Overall a very nice holiday at the Villa & may return one day.

Do not miss this villa! We had such an amazing 7 day stay in this well quipped, very comfortable villa with private pool. It's very spacious with plenty of room for family bonding yet quiet private bedrooms and outdoor spaces. There's five of us but the place could comfortably host 8. I felt like lady of the manor, sweeping down the stairs! Communication with the host, Paul, had been excellent. We got the keys via a keylock box and there is an info pack available about the villa plus recommendations on where to eat and visit locally. The recommendations were spot on. Large garage to park your car safely. The large kitchen had everything needed to prep some meals with a supply of oil and seasonings. Great laundry facilities, plenty of fluffy towels, high chairs, foldable baby cot and stroller and even pool toys. My kids loved the pool. It was big and deep enough to splash around and the pool area is gated as well. We really appreciated having some board games and lots of English books to browse through. Such a nice touch! We spent a couple of evenings, playing Scrabble and Uno. Location is lovely in an upmarket area, on the hills with great views down to sea. The drive to this villa is on paved, well maintained roads with incredible views. After spending days on a busy beach, it was very lovely to come up to a quiet and peaceful surroundings. We spent an afternoon and evening at nearby Mijas Pueblo which is fantastic to wander through. Don't miss the bullring - the views from the stands are amazing. Overall, an excellent stay! Book this villa; you won't regret it. We would love to come back again.
