L’emplacement est bien, il est bien aménagé avec assez de place
La taille des lits un peu petit pour des personnes de plus de 1m80 et aussi les matelas sont assez dure

Confort et sécurité électrique très insuffisants
D'une part, les prestations présentées ne correspondent pas à celles constatées sur place, dont notamment les problèmes suivants : 1/. l'absence de grand matelas 2 places 2/. le chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas 3/. Les sommiers cassés 4/. La barrière extérieure cassée 5/. Les fissures aux plafonds etc... D'autre part, cet appartement n'est pas conforme au niveau électrique : le tableau électrique est encore à plombs, il y a une prise sur évier et une prise sur lavabo, ce qui le rend impropre à toute location. En synthèse, cet appartement n'a pas la sécurité et le confort minimums obligatoires pour être loué, les photos sont trompeuses. Le propriétaire n'entend pas nos constats et est de mauvaise foi dans ses réponses. Bien dommage, à éviter donc absolument !
