Small, quiet residence in a privileged area of the resort with the advantage of having private outdoor parking. Unobstructed view of the mountains and the ski slopes. Outdoor space with south-facing balcony.
A beautiful living room with high-end equipped kitchen (electric hob, microwave grill, bean coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, raclette grill, etc.), bench seat and television, bathroom with toilet, one bedroom separate with television and 140 x 190 cm bed. (high-end quality mattress 50kg/m3 changed in January 2023) and dormitory with two 80x200 beds (hotel quality mattresses). Corner office.

The cleaning costs include linens (towels, bath mats, cloths, cleaning supplies) as well as bed sheets. These fees do not exempt you from leaving the apartment tidy, fridge and bins emptied and cleaning the floors if necessary! (garbage room at the bottom of the residence with sorting bin).
