Walk To V&A Waterfront, Civic Centre & Stadium

The team at Moya Properties responded very quickly to my booking request and communication was smooth and efficient throughout. The instructions before arriving were clear and detailed and getting the keys was straightforward. The apartment is in a superb location - an easy 15 / 20 minute walk to the Waterfront and has supermarkets etc within 10 minutes walk as well. It is incredibly quiet as well. The apartment is spacious and quite well appointed throughout with a lovely big terrace (with adjustable screens) looking out over the port / waterfront. The 2nd bedroom is a reasonable size but moving the luggage cases out of the room gave a sense of more space (this would be less of an issue for stays of 2 or 3 nights only). The showers were excellent - powerful and lots of hot water. For a short stay close to the waterfront etc this is a great option.

Location is good , apartment decorated very nicely and very clean

Some lights in kitchen/dining were not working so it was a bit dark and some plugs not working. Street leading down to the place is a bit quiet and seems or feels unsafe to walk, and place is not very close to waterfront as implied on site.
