Gute Lage am Meer, sicherer Parkplatz unterm Haus, Größe der Wohnung, großer Balkon mit guten Sitzmöglichkeiten, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Busverbindungen nach Porto, Restaurants in der Nähe
Blick vom Balkon aufs Nachbarhaus, "Meerblick" ist etwas übertrieben, die Küche bietet für Selbstversorger wie wir, zu wenig Arbeits-und Ablagefläche, im Bad/WC keine Abstellflächen, der defekte Handtuchhalter (wurde schon vor einiger Zeit reklamiert)
