Villa Empresa

This villa is perfect, just perfect. Great inside and outside areas. There are a lot of fans in the outside area, so it is actually comfortable there even when it is a hot weather outside. Comfortable beds, bathrooms, sofas, soft chairs, etc. Tables and chairs are there, we were working there as well. WiFi speed is great. More than enough for online video meetings and remote work overall. Pool is clean and has an optimal temperature So overall - it was a great stay

The little extras made such a difference! I’ve in the freezer, card games and sports equipment, a massage table in what could also be a teenagers retreat… the place was immaculately clean and the staff we met were lovely. Beds were comfy. EXCELLENT location- within an easy 100m you’re on top of some of the best restaurants Seminyak has to offer. Probably too big for just one couple, but a friends’ get away, or family spot it’s PERFECTION.

It didn’t bother us but some people might get annoyed by the music from nearby night clubs. With the air con on and the doors shut we didn’t really notice it.

Central to everything you need, located in a quiet lane way. The villa is perfectly sized and has a homely feel. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff and host were lovely to deal with and we enjoyed every moment! We would stay here again :)

Geräumige und insgesamt gut ausgestattete Villa mit schönem Swimmingpool und Garten in einer Sackkasse ohne Verkehrslärm. Freundliches Personal. Auf Wunsch wurde unsere Wäsche abgeholt und gereinigt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Zwischen 23 und 3 Uhr morgens war an Schlaf nicht zu denken, da in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Diskothek war, die die gesamte Nachbarschaft unglaublich laut beschalte. Und das jede Nacht! Dies wurde uns bei der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt. Das Badezimmer bedarf einer Modernisierung. Z.B. ist ein Duschvorhang nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Wasser der Dusche lief nur schlecht ab. Die Steckdosen in einem Badezimmer funktionierten nicht. Es gab abends unglaublich viele Mücken. Eine regelmäßige Behandlung des Grundstücks schafft da Abhilfe. Es gab einen klein Raum für Massagen. Hier kühlte die Klimaanlage nicht.
