As an AirBnB, breakfast was not included. The location was excellent within minutes of Old Town and shops and restaurants.
I wish we had known that the apartment was located on the fourth floor and had no elevator. My husband and I are in our 60s and carrying our luggage up was challenging.

Great location just outside the old town but within easy walking distance. Car park in communal apartment carpark which was never full. Apartment spacious and clean. Good facilites- aircon, washing machine, coffee pod machine (with a few pods supplied)
There are A LOT of stairs to the apartment which was on the top floor. I was not impressed when, after booking for 3 persons via booking.com, the owner contacted me and wanted an extra payment of 25 euro for linen for the sofa bed!

Appartement fonctionnel, lumineux et très bien situé par rapport au centre d’Aix (maxi 10 minutes à pied) La possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans l’enceinte privative est appréciable.
