T3 Centre ville Aix-en-Provence

Lovely apartment. New looking kitchen is fantastic with everything we needed to cook meals. Even vases for when you can’t resist shopping the flower markets. Great shower in a new looking bathroom. Washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was appreciated during the recent heat wave. It was a quick 12-15 minute walk to the center of town but nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. Free parking in a nearby garage (7 minutes walk).

We had trouble accessing the parking garage to get to our car. We were never able to locate the entrance door that the fob worked on. Fortunately we had locals willing to let us in through their apartment entrances, but it was stressful when we were trying to make an early flight. Would have been nice to have written directions or at least pictures of the entrance door rather than instructions that simply said it’s the door to the right of the Pharmacy. There were lots of doors. And the fob we were given did not work on any of them based on the verbal instructions we were given

We had trouble with the shower overflowing and flooding. Perhaps the drain needed cleaning

La posizione era eccellente per raggiungere tutti i luoghi sia per l'ironman che per uscire, la casa era dotata di tutte le funzionalità, gli spazi erano adeguati

Le chiavi vengono lasciate dietro cassonetti della spazzatura in una via a 100 metri dall'abitazione, i cuscini del letto orrendi per scomodità, la pulizia della casa lascia a desiderare, manca una cassaforte per riporre gli oggetti di valore, non c'è l'ascensore e il parcheggio è lontano, peraltro senza indicazioni complete da parte dell'host e pur essendo incluso deve essere richiesto, rendendo di fatto il tutto molto poco utilizzabile, tanto che ho preferito lasciare la macchina in strada.
