The ensuite, my husband couldn't fit in the toilet being tall and the space in the ensuite toilet was extremely small. He couldn't use it. No door in the ensuite so if someone had gone to bed and the other had a shower, you couldn't keep the room dark for the person sleeping. We found the main bed uncomfortable and squeaky. The closeness to the bridge was concerning at first but ended up not being an issue. There was mould in the kitchen cupboard where the plates, cups and glasses were kept. It took 3 days to have that cleaned. We also had the window in the lounge cleaned as it was very dirty and not cleaned for a long while. For the price, it wasn't very well appointed in the kitchen with utensils, there were no tongs for example and the pots were minimal with no microwave safe jugs or bowls to heat food. We also found a dirty apron in the drawer under the oven with food still on it. We were a party of 3 and ran out of hot water, we are water conscious, we have tanks so it wasn't excessive use. Overall we were disappointed with what we got for the cost.

I like the older style of home. Easy drive to get to major shopping centre. View of the bridge and river was nice.

Path beside the house, brick wall at car park behind the house could do with a little repair work so people don’t fall. Lime tree needs a trim. There is a water leak on the footpath when putting bins out .

Views were amazing.

The linen on the main bed was too small. The doona barely covered to bed and top sheet was a foot short of the end of the bed. Instructions for the combi oven would have been helpful as we couldn’t get the oven to work. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

Alot of noice at night, toliet is dripping water very obvious at night. Can't close the room door in the bunked bed room.
