Great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the harbour and the famous Salamanca markets.
House was perfectly comfortable. Had everything we needed.
Third bedroom was a single bed on the third floor landing. Not really a bedroom.
There was no full length mirror (Girls weekend and we need a mirror).

Good location. Keypad on door meant not having to worry about sharing keys.
1 bathroom includes toilet (no separate toilet) so making it difficult when sharing with a group of friends or family. Bathroom on middle floor and stairs difficult to negotiate (no hand rail), so care needs to be taken. Ceiling height above bed on 3rd floor was an issue. 3rd floor skylight needs blind. Beeper from traffic crossing can be heard from bedrooms, as can traffic.

Convenient location in walking distance to the main shops and Salamanca Bay
The property could use some maintenance, e.g. fixing the draining in the bath/shower, a functioning dryer. It needs a few more basic cooking utensils.
