Good location but very place.
The location. Walking distance to city centre, nice residential area.
Very dirty place with floor and carpet not vacuumed and smelling bathroom. Hot water available in limited quantity, not enough for 3 people. We were promised an one night free compensation because of the condition of the apartment that was never paid.

Presque parfait
Idéal pour une famille de 4. Très joli, bien placé mais bruyant. Le ballon d'eau chaude fait un bruit horrible H24. La chambre est parfaite, dommage que le canapé lit ne soit pas à la hauteur. Manque également des chaises pour pouvoir manger à 4 à table. C'est dommage car sinon c'est un très bel appartement, très bien équipé avec des matériaux de belle qualité.

Emplacement rue du Cherche-Midi
Bruit d'eau en continu du au système de distribution se trouvant dans un placard. Nécessité de fermer la porte de la chambre pour ne pas entendre le bruit. La décoration a été conçue avec goût et de belles matières mais des imperfections viennent entacher cet effort: déchirure de la tapisserie, parquet abimé, portes de placards non-jointives ... C'est dommage.
