Emplacement excellent
A deux pas du métro, restaurants et épicerie a proximité immédiate. Calme même si la salle de bain des voisins qui jouxte la chambre n est pas insonorisée. La voisine chante très bien 😂 et a des heures raisonnables

The location and that you have the metro on the corner
That the metro pass right down the apartment.
That they told us to not make noises, while the upstairs make them and at 8 o clock in the morning staff was outside with the construction.
