Come check out this beautiful 1 bedroom unit! Remodeled kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and in unit laundry included! Centrally located in downtown Spokane, this unit is close to hospitals, directly off I-90, just 10 minutes from the airport, as well as minutes away from downtown nightlife with easy access to public transportation! We hope to host you soon!
The space
This is a beautiful 1 bedroom located in our 7 unit complex. There is a queen mattress in the master bedroom and a full kitchen with a view of the city lights just waiting for you to cook!
Other things to note
There is a parking lot located to the right of the building for your convenience. You will not have to park on the street. We do not allow any kind of smoking in the units. There is a 500$ fee to clean any areas smoked in or any drug use on premise/paraphernalia left behind. 30+ day only
