About this country house rental
A premier 5 acre farmstead near Bozeman along the base of Bridger Mountains 12 miles from BZN / Yellowstone Int. Airport. Breathtaking views of the city lights below. A natural spring whispers through & 4 gorgeous lilypad topped ponds (ice skate rinks in winter) with lush gardens. A tree shaded gazebo area with a mini beach, BBQ, & fire pit provides an enchanting entertainment opportunity.
The 4bedroom 2 bath home features a 3 large living room areas, a fully stocked kitchen, a 2nd kitchenette area, 2 work stations, a large dining area & comfortable leather couches. Outdoor patio areas with BBQ's that lead to the pond & beach area. (wintertime offers ice-skating opportunities)
**IMPORTANT** Pets require a pre-booking conversation & we kindly ask you read the house rules before booking & read over all details before booking:)
A scenic country drive (15-20 minutes to/from Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan or the Airport). National Forest and numerous trailheads within minutes. 5 minutes to excellent trout fishing along the East Gallatin River.
This 5 acre farm provides an oasis for foxes, birds, deer, and elk. Animal sounds and viewing are abundant. In addition to the wildlife, we have chicken hens that provide nutrient rich organic eggs that you are more than welcome to gather and include in your breakfast.
Owners run an outfitting & adventure business so are happy to arrange or outfit onsite or offsite adventures/experiences for guests.
**IMPORTANT NOTES**:
We’ve painted a nice picture for you and it is no less than absolute majestical here but please know this place is not a brand new Big Sky Luxury McMansion. It is whimsical, eccentric, quirky, & rustic. We hope that understood & embraced.
We currently working on starting a farm on the property so may be chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats running amok. (All very friendly
on-aggressive) We live in another house in the corner of the property with our 10 year old daughter & a sweet mannered golden retriever.
There basement level farm caretakers quarters in the home is separately entranced.
We state up to 12 guests in the listing with the thought of larger families with kiddos that co-sleep,
