KITCHEN:
The kitchen is stocked with ample dishware, glasses, silverware, tea pot, pots and pans. There is also a supply of kitchen staples and condiments such as flour, sugar, oil, spices, dressings, coffee, tea, microwave popcorn, and canned goods. The freezer has an ice maker, and ice packs are provided for coolers and day trips.

Small appliances include coffee pot, microwave, crock pot, blender, toaster, and hand-mixer. The kitchen sink has a garbage disposal.

The high-top kitchen table has seating for six, and a child's booster seat (that may be strapped onto a chair) is provided.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has large windows that face west to take in views of beautiful sunsets, the large yard and pond, and the wildlife that regularly makes its way through the property. Leather arm chairs & sofa provide seating, and a gas fireplace warms the cool evenings (there is an AC to cool the summer days). There is a large flat screen TV with Roku.

Games, toys, cards, books, and binoculars are also provided.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:
Each of the three bedrooms has two queen beds, AC, a gas fireplace, and Roku television. The bathrooms have an oversized vanity and tub/shower combo. Soap, shampoo, lotion, toilet tissue, hair dryer, and all towels/linens are provided.

(The two ground-floor bedrooms have their own private entrance and porch as well.)

OUTDOOR SPACES:
The deck has an oversized gas BBQ, and there are two full-sized picnic tables on the lawn with a shade umbrella a few steps from the grill.

There is also a flower and vegetable garden with a chicken coop that houses the hens that provide fresh eggs.

Resident horses love when guests visit and say hello.

We welcome and encourage guests to take the short walk (approximately 200 yards) down to the Gallatin River to enjoy the scenery or to cast a line (catch & release fly fishing only, please).

There is a one-room, rustic, custom-built cabin (we call the Warming Hut) on the banks of the Gallatin River/Cottonwood Creek for guests to relax in and enjoy the property. In addition, there is an outdoor fire pit and seating for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the beautiful evenings.

Lovely place on the Gallatin River. Just a short walk to do fly fishing. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The host was nice and responsive. The place is conveniently located to the airport and downtown but also feel nicely remote. My family really enjoyed our time there and we plan on coming back.

The "cabin" which is pictured was probably taken right after it was built. It is literally located in the back yard of their house. Their house which they call a lodge is not a "lodge". it is a HOUSE. Their website says it is open 24 a hours a day. It was rarely open. Could not reach owners. I would probably give it a 3 star, but so much of what they described on line was not true we gave it a 2 star. Could say a lot more, but what is the point.
