The home is fully renovated, fully stocked and designed to be enjoyable and easy-going! Beach chairs, beach towels, blankets and umbrella's provided. Yard games to enjoy while hanging at the house as well as outdoor lighting and two patio's to take in those beautiful sunsets. Make this house your home for a quick beach getaway or long term stay!

Comfortable and cozy inside with plenty of outdoor living space. Perfectly laid out for families, wonderfully set up for groups, and a romantic space for couples. Two outdoor patio spaces- one which is covered and screened in and the other under the Florida sunshine while you enjoy the yard games provided in the spacious backyard which features outdoor solar powered string lights. All of the beach gear to get you set up for a relaxing day. High speed internet to keep you connected and all TV's provide Netflix, Roku, YouTube TV and more! Full size washer and dryer, all of your kitchen essentials including coffee maker, blender, air fryer, pots and pans. Baby travel crib and sheet located in guest room closet.

Our coastal and cozy beach house sleeps up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths:
*Bedroom 1- King size bed, en suite bathroom. (full bath with shower)
*Bedroom 2- Queen size bed
*Bedroom 3- Bunkbed with queen size bottom bunk, twin top.
*Guest bathroom- full bath with bathtub and shower
**bean bag which folds out to full size mattress available upon request**
Pets permitted upon approval, feel free to reach out to me! Our backyard is fully fenced in for the safety and comfort of your pet. If your pet joins you on your next vacation, Jax Beach is a pet friendly beach from October 1st through March 31st and all other times of the year pets are allowed before 9am and after 5pm. Also be sure to check out Brew Hound, our local dog park+bar featuring local craft beer, wine on tap and Bold Bean specialty coffee.

**If you would like to rent bikes, surfboards, or other beach equipment, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
**We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

The home was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. The host has extras for your furry friends which is very thoughtful if you're traveling with pets. The property is an acceptable distance from the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants are near by which is convenient. I definitely would stay again!!

Well appointed house - very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Good location for treatment at Mayo. The fenced in backyard worked out great for our dog. Will definitely stay her again.
