Good communication

This is a perfect little home in a great neighborhood really close to the Bowles exit on 470. Everything was as expected. Six adults could easily stay together as long as shared beds are OK. The property was clean and check-in was very easy. Beds were comfortable andTV was good. There’s a nice little patio with table and chairs in the back yard. We only made breakfast there, but there was enough spices, etc. to do other meals. Best part, the owner didn’t expect us to do any of the cleaning such as stripping beds, etc. it’s nice to see you get something for the cleaning service they charge.

This place was Amazing. Easy access to get in and out. Located in great and extremely safe neighborhood. Super clean and had everything we needed. Will return back there when we come again.

Safe neighborhood, convenient location to Red Rocks, Garden of the Gods etc. Only one hanger in each closet. minimal dishes, no foil/wrap etc. Dog or cat hair all over bed. Towels were wet and maybe used-we rewashed them. Packaging and dust found behind kleenex box in bedroom. No dish towels and not enough face/hand towels . Edges of flooring and baseboards dusty and sticky,, again with pet hair. Beds very comfortable, and really enjoyed the treats and coffee provided. The floor plan was great, and we enjoyed the premium TV channels. It would have been nice to have a binder or listing of local stores, restaurants, attractions.
