Cheerful 4BR home near Red Rocks & Mountains!

The house was plenty cozy and there were nice amenities added. However, it was not as clean as I would have hoped. I had to wipe out the refrigerator, clean the counter tops and wash some dishes before using them. The carpet is VERY dirty. Many stains as well as needing to be vacuumed. The house just needs a little TLC ...The neighborhood is a nice neighborhood but the house next door had lots of junk as well as a car out front in the yard that had been wrecked and burnt. Im surprised the HOA would allow that. The yard had not been mowed for quite awhile, the grass and weeds were about 8/10 inches high and the backyard was nothing but thistles. Check in and communication was easy and the set up was nice and the oatio was very nice too.

We didn’t stay much, other than sleeping but it was comfortable and clean. Was nice to have a few toys for my grandbabies. The beds were comfortable enough but took a little getting use to. Wasn’t sure how to make ceiling fans work as the main bedroom was a little warm but we found the remote on day two and that made it a more comfortable sleep. Thank you!
