About this house rental

Welcome to Lacey. Our home has everything you need to feel comfortable. Whether you are just visiting the area or even Serving in the Military. This home comes with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have large smart TV with Disney+ and Samsung TV included. Our bathrooms are completely remodeled. They come with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Full kitchen with all the utensils you need. Lovely living room with a 65in smart TV, right above a wood burning fire place. We also have a huge entertainment room with 120+ inch movie theater screen, wood burning stove, recliner, and family size sectional. The kids will love the around the room LED lights to set the mood. While you are down there enjoy the complimentary drinks and snacks. Fire wood is also provided. We even have room to park campers and RVs on the property. Huge back yard for pets and even an extra fenced off area in the backyard.

This home was very close to some family we have in Lacey whose guest room we’ve outgrown. This was a great spot for our in laws and small children. It even had a high chair and baby gate which were very helpful. Bedroom situations were awesome, and the door-less closets were perfect for pack and play cribs. Overall everyone was very pleased with this house and next time we have the whole family, we’ll stay again.

Location within miles of our family and easy commute within Lacey. The home is a little older but owners have updated the interior. Beds are comfy and hot water in both showers. Fenced in backyard for our visitong furry friends. Owner was responsive to our requests for additional blankets and shower fix. Sleeps seven but they do have a bonus game room with couch. I would stay again.

Don’t judge this book by the cover! The house could use some TLC on the outside but the inside is GREAT! Clean, well stocked, great layout, and comfy beds…we were really happy! We stayed local while our home was being renovated. Richard did an excellent job of keeping us informed of check-in procedures and even checked up on us during our stay offering to bring over any necessities we needed. Our renovation timeline kept shifting to the right and Richard was easy to get a hold of each time we requested to extend our stay. The accommodations were great. TV in each bedroom (my kids enjoyed that the first night), a bedroom and living room separate from the main floor (which my 72-year-old mother liked). We were easily able to park three cars on site. For being a pet-friendly rental, it didn't smell like it (we had our two cats with us). We appreciated the stay and flexibility from the owner. Thanks again!

Rental was clean and comfortable; there were 8 of us, one 16 year-old and 7 adults, we didn’t feel crowded. There are two living areas which was great. All beds were comfortable with enough pillows. We needed more towels and the owner had them to us quickly. Location is just off I-5 and was easy to get to and close to shopping.

This house was very clean and welcoming. The owners gave a breakfast basket, coffee bar stocked with kpods and sweeteners. The theater room mini fridge was stocked with juice and soda. The house is spacious as well as backyard. There was even a clean new high chair for our baby to use. The supplied everything from dishes to cookware/bake ware and even dupplied laundry soap and dryer sheets four our laundry. Our stay was great. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable (which you don't find often in rentals). The owner was very easy to work with and checked in with us to see if we needed anything, but he was not overbearing or intrusive. Since we were charged a cleaning fee, nothing was required of us prior to leaving, although we did make sure to leave the unit clean. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

We were here for our baseball state tournament. The house was very welcoming and clean. The beds were soooo comfortable. Overall a great stay and ill definitely be recommending it. The ower was pleasant to work with and checked in to make sure no problems.

My friend group had a really great time here, the house accomadates larger groups well, it was super clean and had many nice touches in the decorations and amenities. You can tell a lot of care went into everything. We had a great time with the fenced in yard for our dogs and sitting around the firepit. The location is great, we loved exploring Olympia with all the cute shops, restaurants and hikes nearby. I definitely recommend this place!
