About this house rental
This charming apartment in the heart of the Victor Hugo neighborhood (16th arrondissement), located in a quiet Haussmann-style building on the 7th floor (no elevator) with a romantic view of the Paris rooftops, will be your peaceful retreat during your stay. It is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the Trocadéro and a 5-minute walk from the Rue de la Pompe metro station (Line 9) and bus 52.
The apartment
It consists of a small entryway, a large living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, a bedroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
The living area under the dome is circular, featuring a 3-meter-high ceiling and beautiful original hardwood floors. The window overlooks Avenue Victor Hugo, a prestigious and elegant avenue dating from the late 19th century.
The room also features a lovely fireplace (not in working order) that perfectly complements the dome and adds to the apartment’s charm.
Since the apartment is on the 7th floor WITHOUT an elevator, this may be tiring for some. We therefore recommend that you avoid bringing suitcases that are too heavy or bulky to make your arrival easier and that you be in good physical shape. Don’t let that discourage you! Climbing these stairs will take you to the 7th heaven of Paris.
The apartment has the following features:

+ The dome ceiling is 3 meters high
+ It is pleasant, bright, and very quiet. It overlooks the beautiful streets of Paris
+ All rooms have electric heating.
+ Ideal for a couple’s getaway
+ The apartment is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival
+ The bedding is hotel-style. Amenities (towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, body sponge) are provided brand new. Spare sheets and towels are also provided.
+ Bottles of mineral water, a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, and tea bags are available
+ You’ll also find, if you’d like, small themed guides about Paris for your stay (in French, English, and Spanish).
+ All cleaning and disinfecting supplies are available for your stay (gloves, cleaning products, disinfectant wipes, vacuum cleaner, etc.)
+ We are located in a historic building with considerate neighbors. Please pay special attention to the apartment rules during your stay:
- respect the peace and quiet during the day and especially after 10 p.m.; including in the building’s common areas
- No parties or loud music
- No guests other than those who have registered their ID cards
