The property is very well maintained, spacious, clean and has new furniture and appliances. The location is excellent for those looking for a quiet, residential area with good supermarkets, bakeries (the Boulangerie Shou, right on the corner of the street, is great) and some cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the Metro (a few minutes walk) and very close to Trocaderó. Some noise from loading and unloading materials at night (I don't know if it was garbage collection or materials from nearby supermarkets) every day, and bad pillows on the bed made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. If there had been good pillows I think the nights would have been more comfortable. We plan to return next year :-)

Everything was great. The apartment was clean, everything new. Location was incredible, with walking distance to shops and everything you need for a perfect stay in Paris. Will book again.

Very well equipped apartment with everything what you need for a few days stay as a tourist but also for longer. All extremely clean. A comfortable bed for a good sleep. Best croissants, bred and pastry as well as an epicerie, a small supermarket and some cosy restaurants just downstairs around the corner, And Christine gave a very warm welcome! I enjoyed my days in Rue de la Faisanderie
