Уютные небольшие апартаменты всего в 20 мин пешком от эйфелевой башни , район безопасный , рядом кафе и рестораны . В квартире есть все необходимое , хозяйка очень гостеприимная всегда была на связи и разрешила оставить мне мои чемоданы после выселения в комнате . Спасибо !
Нет кондиционера , только мобильный увлажнитель воздуха , было немного душно , но в основном это от аномальной жары в Париже во время моего пребывания .

Petit nid douillet , hyper bien placé. La proprio est hyper sympa et très disponible . On lui avait volé le sèche cheveux, j’en ai eu besoin , en 5 min elle me l apportait ! Personnel de l’immeuble très agréable .

Compact studio apartment with everything I needed for my stay 🥰 Well equipped kitchenette, good lighting, storage space and the portable cooler was a plus during the heat wave!! 🥵 Felt safe in the building and surrounding area as a solo traveller. Corner shops and a few restaurants close by. ~5min walk for bus/metro/train ~30min walk to Arc de Triomphe / Tour Eiffel. I would stay here again!
Not that bad for me, but there was a slight smell of dampness. Probably because the studio is fully open space, including the shower and toilet area (designated with a privacy curtain) 😄

L'emplacement parfait, l'immeuble très bien! Propre
Très bruyant, on vit avec les voisins, parfois jusqu'à très tard (portes qui claquent à 2h du matin, odeurs de cuisine, voix et télé) Passant un concours important, je n’ai pas pu me reposer correctement. Prévoir boules quies...
