The staff are friendly and helpful. Miled, the manager, was there to welcome us. Since there’s no 24/7 room service and the restaurant opens at 10, he managed to brought me a coffee machine (Raqwa) to my room so I can enjoy my morning coffee, although the description of rooms does not include this.
Location is excellent, the old souq is 3 minutes walking distance. I enjoyed the terrace big time!

Clean and basic accommodation at a great location in the middle of the old town in Byblos.

The location was fabulous. excellent if you are a couple or two friends traveling. The room cannot accommodate more than this. The staff was excellent especially Milad who greeted us on arrival.
The toilet could be better and while they were changing towels, there wasn’t a daily cleaning service.
