Beautiful and modern yet cosy.

It was a beautiful space in a great walkable location.

The room didn’t match the photos. All the images on the website showed a two-story property that seemed roomy, but ours was just one tiny room without any space to move around. It also appeared as a hotel - where you’d expect to have some basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and a front desk or lobby. Instead it was more like a studio Airbnb.. there was no staff or front desk. There were no amenities. I also had issues getting hot water in the shower and when I messaged asking if that was normal I got a fairly unhelpful and dismissive response. The host didn’t apologize or check back in to see if the issue had resolved. Luckily it did, but it would’ve been nice if they’d asked. Then on our last evening, the host whatsapped me instructing me to pay for the booking via cash in a little store below the property. It all worked out, but I think that it needs to be advertised that they expect cash payment and that there isnt a front desk/staff person to ask questions of. I love airbnbs and wouldn’t have minded all that had it just been more clearly communicated. Other than this, it was a cute and well decorated place with an easy self check-in process and the town was so cute and fun.
