A basement apartment recently renovated with 2 bedrooms, luxurious full bathroom, and powder room, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry in the unit, private entrance, private parking space (up to 2 cars). Host lives upstairs. Everything in the basement is not shared with the host.
Located 0.5 mile from I-95, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping center, gas stations, Costco, parks, bike/jogging trails. , 20 minutes away from BWI airport & Amtrak station.
The space
A basement in a single family home, quiet neighborhood, near Merriweather Pavilion, convenient location to grocery stores, shopping center, airport, Amtrak train station, malls, parks, bike trails, lakes, and more places. Host lives upstairs. We have 1 dog.
Guest access
Guest access the whole basement and not being shared by the host. Private entrance and private parking that fits for 2 cars. The host might need to access the electrical room if needed for any electrical troubleshooting.
Other things to note
If you are bringing your pet(s) please indicate that information on the reservation. There will be a one time fee per trip for pets. Maximum number of pets is 2 dogs/cats. Your pets can be unattended as long as they are well trained or stay in a crate. Please pick up your pet’s waste and clean up your pet’s paws 🐾 in case of rain and muddy outside. I will provide old towels for your pets cleaning, please do not use the guests towels for such cleaning. Please do not let your pets on the furniture and beds since it makes it hard for the cleaning crew to clean and discomfort for other guests.

Heidy was very responsive whenever we had questions. The place was very clean, and very comfortable. The location was close to Baltimore and Ellicott City.

Our host could not have been kinder. The property is lovely, well maintained and conveniently located. There are beautiful trees, deer, and rabbit surrounding the property. We had an enjoyable stay and were within 30 minutes of parks, trails, fine dining, and shopping. It had everything we needed
