Rooftop Pool & Lounge in Downtown Charm free indoor parking

The property was extremely clean and in an excellent location. The staff was great.

There were just a couple of issues with the place. The power went out in one of the bedrooms, but the staff quickly help us get it resolved.

The home was extremely comfortable and easy for me to get to my conference. I was able to walk to the convention center for my meetings without issues. The wifi in the apartment was not setup therefore I could not work without my wifi extender. But overall, I was pleased with this property.

Property was excellent. I read the other reviews and don’t understand what others were thinking. 10 Light St is a very cool building with a lot of amenities. Our room was great, access to common area, pool and gym. Parking was just a block away and very easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was just ok.

Close enough to walk to aquarium and Orioles Stadium. Full kitchen, king bed in one room, queen in another and had a pull out couch in both units at 25 Light St. The bathroom tiles seem relatively new as do the appliances in the kitchen. Derrick, the property manager, was a nice man. He met us at the property on time and explained everything. He repeated as many times as we needed and even navigated the tricky gate pass at the free for us parking garage at 30 Light St. He also did try to get us pool passes at 10 Light St. but it rained the first day. Not sure what happened the second day.

First of all, I can’t review the Rooftop Pool and Lounge Downtown Charm at 10 Light St because the day before check in, the property messages us that there was extensive damage in our designated unit and we could choose a refund or their sister property. We had Phillies/Orioles tix so we chose the other property where we did stay at 25 Light St. So this review is for the “Sister property.” The 2nd floor unit was over a bar that stayed open till 2:30 every night. The windows were no help on blocking street noise so we didn’t get much sleep. The blinds were broken and dirty. Someone before us must have spilled a drink while walking because the walls were splattered. The baseboards and vents are covered in dust. The wall paint needs serious touching up. While the dishes were clean in the cabinets, the drain board was very dirty and I could not clean it off. The silverware drawer had crumbs in it. There was no pool and we really had wanted one which is why we booked 10 Light St. we did receive a message that they would refund us $100 as a thank you but I haven’t seen that yet.
