Make yourself at home in our fully furnished, 3-level end-unit townhouse, nestled in a quiet Columbia community. Flooded with natural light, this home offers a peaceful retreat with convenient access to great walking and biking trails.
The spacious living room features a plush couch, a comfortable sitting area, and an electric fireplace with all-season settings for year-round ambiance. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire 3-level townhouse during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, home office, and the private deck. Relax, unwind, and settle in with the privacy and comfort of having the whole space to yourselves.
The Neighborhood:
There is a daycare center (daily, weekly, monthly) located right at the front of the community with great rates.
The community also has outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, and biking/jogging paths that connect to all areas of Columbia with scenic lakes and outdoor activities.
A variety of shopping is located within a few minutes of the townhouse. There is also access to a deck and outdoor gas grill on the premises. Additional features include the nearby Haven on the Lake, where you can purchase spa services or a day pass to the healing environment for a small fee.
Getting Around:
There is a reserved parking space on the premise that is located right outside of the townhouse, which you can use during your stay (no need for hangtag or permit display, you are welcome to use the reserved spot in front of the house at the end of the parking row next to the oak tree).
There are plenty of other free parking spots scattered throughout the lots. Columbia is extremely safe and has a number of walking and biking with paths connecting to all areas.
A car is recommended to travel quickly from place to place. A variety of shopping is located within a few minutes of the townhouse.

* **End-Unit Townhouse:** As an end-unit, the home offers extra privacy and an abundance of natural light compared to other units.
* **Stairs Required:** Please note that this is a three-level property. Access to the main living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms requires using stairs. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
There is assigned parking for each unit. There are also plenty of unassigned parking spaces in the parking lot.

Good location within minutes of lakes, walking paths, mall and grocery stores. 3-story house with 2 bedrooms upstairs plus bath, and a bedroom on the lower level plus bath. Good for privacy when multiple adults visiting. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes and bowls making it easy to cook meals. Note that visitors need to be able to readily climb stairs so house is not great for elderly visitors. Recommend this house!

We stayed here to be able to make runs pinto BWI airport and the US Naval Academy in Annapolis. The number of bedrooms was perfect for us, the bathrooms were located efficiently, the kitchen accomodated the prep of the few meals we ate there. We appreciated the yard chairs so morning coffees were a calm way to start the day on the deck. Having snacks and coffeepods provided was nice.

Great location and cozy accommodations! We were in town for a wedding. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for my husband & i, our teenage son, and our daughter, her 1 yr old, and fiance. There was a variety of stores and restaurants nearby, but the neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommend!

Danielle’s homes was wonderful! We have recently moved to the area and we are waiting on the closing of our home. Danielle’s home made the transition easy! Close to great restaurants and a wonderful walking trail!
In all the years of booking through VRBO I have never had a stay with comfortable beds. The beds in Danielle’s home were so comfortable! Never woke up with a backache! There was great communication and that is always so helpful. We will definitely stay again!
