Make yourself at home in our fully furnished, 3-level end-unit townhouse, nestled in a quiet Columbia community. Flooded with natural light, this home offers a peaceful retreat with convenient access to great walking and biking trails.
The spacious living room features a plush couch, a comfortable sitting area, and an electric fireplace with all-season settings for year-round ambiance. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire 3-level townhouse during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, home office, and the private deck. Relax, unwind, and settle in with the privacy and comfort of having the whole space to yourselves.
The Neighborhood:
There is a daycare center (daily, weekly, monthly) located right at the front of the community with great rates.
The community also has outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, and biking/jogging paths that connect to all areas of Columbia with scenic lakes and outdoor activities.
A variety of shopping is located within a few minutes of the townhouse. There is also access to a deck and outdoor gas grill on the premises. Additional features include the nearby Haven on the Lake, where you can purchase spa services or a day pass to the healing environment for a small fee.
Getting Around:
There is a reserved parking space on the premise that is located right outside of the townhouse, which you can use during your stay (no need for hangtag or permit display, you are welcome to use the reserved spot in front of the house at the end of the parking row next to the oak tree).
There are plenty of other free parking spots scattered throughout the lots. Columbia is extremely safe and has a number of walking and biking with paths connecting to all areas.
A car is recommended to travel quickly from place to place. A variety of shopping is located within a few minutes of the townhouse.
Other Things to Note:
* **End-Unit Townhouse:** As an end-unit, the home offers extra privacy and an abundance of natural light compared to other units.
* **Stairs Required:** Please note that this is a three-level property. Access to the main living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms requires using stairs. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
There is assigned parking for each unit. There are also plenty of unassigned parking spaces in the parking lot.

This place was perfect. We were in town for our son’s Lacrosse event and all 3 of us had room to spread out and relax.

You will have to manage your expectations with this property. While I know “cleanliness” is subjective, our experience is that this home is dingy and either needs a deep clean or better cleaning crew guidelines. Towels and linens are stained and very worn, toothpaste on walls, and a bathing suit sanitary liner was stuck to one shower curtains, for starters. I even found a bowl that was clearly never cleaned and just put back in the cabinet. While I’m certain the manager would have addressed this, we were only going to be in town a few nights for a lacrosse camp at Blandair Park, so it wasn't worth bringing up. The proximity to the park was ideal (only minutes away) and the convenience alone made the rest bearable. We could never get the wi-fi to connect no matter how many times we reset the router and the TVs were also not working. None of the blow dryers worked and the standing fan we tried in one of the rooms upstairs barely blew any air because filter was so clogged. Again, the manager was friendly, but did ask whether it was okay for an inspector to come into the VRBO to inspect solar panels. Even if it would only be a minute, I think making a request like this to a renter puts them in an awkward position. We respectfully declined. In all, the whole house seems just thrown together (one picture is hung upside down and one with plastic still on it) giving vibe of no real effort to any attention to detail. We feel this is a place to crash, not vacation.
