Recently renovated upscale residence close to the beach. Residence offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The second bedroom is a flex space that can be used as a den or bedroom with either a king or 2 single beds. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. This beautiful unit has been professional decorated with high end decor. The balcony overlooks a serene lake and makes for a great place to enjoy the cotton candy sunrises while sipping on a great cup of coffee.

The property was beautiful and Bonnie thought about the needs of her guests and had pretty much everything we needed. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler on wheels & beach umbrella. While the bed in the primary bedroom was comfy the guest bedroom when made into a king bed was less than desirable. The location was nice with views of the pond and birds with parking location and close to the pool as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and with laundry was also great to have. Only 10 minute walk to the beach where dogs are allowed made us miss our dog. Next time I would bring him known that not only does the condo allow him but the beach and nature trail were accommodating as well.

Clear communication on check in process, super clean, really appreciated the small details (shampoo, utensil's, pots & pans, beach chairs, etc.). Close to beach and restaurants. Would stay here again.

2nd floor condo unit with balcony overlooking pond with fountain, ducks and birds. Condo very clean - host has “shoes off/rock your socks” policy. Well equipped with special extras - local coffee and honey for tea. Comfortable king bed. Great location - close to beach and restaurants. Host kind and responsive. Community is quiet - rarely heard our neighbors. Pet friend with clean dog-walking area.
