A very cozy 1 bedroom apartment in a house that’s only 900 meters away from the beach, literally minutes away from a beautiful park and walking distance from the grocery stores and a market. Main Street with all the restaurants and entertainment is also walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood, with windows facing in the courtyard.
