Residence G&J consists of 3 brand new two-room apartments (opening April 2023) of 40 sqm each located in Pacengo, a characteristic hamlet of the municipality of Lazise. Just 200 mt away are excellent restaurants, cocktail and wine bars, a tea room and a pharmacy. The beach is about 700 mt away, walkableableable Only 1.5km away are the famous amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld.
Shortly after the residence, a private building is currently being renovated, so during the day some noise might be heard and the free parking must be reached by walking along the main road (about 300 metres).
