About this apartment rental
Welcome to the “Le Panoramic” residence. Our 75 m² beachfront apartment offers breathtaking views from virtually every room.
It is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), and private parking is available.
The residence features a pétanque court and a bike storage area (limited spaces during peak season).
Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find the town center with restaurants, bars, chip shops, a laundromat, shops, and a convenience store. A little further away, there’s a mini-golf course with a snack bar and fast food, beach volleyball, beach soccer, a fitness trail, and a playground.
The apartment is ideal for up to 6 people.
It consists of:
Entrance hall with storage
Fully equipped separate kitchen with a view of the sea and the dunes:
- Dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, traditional coffee maker.
Living room and dining room with sliding glass doors and ocean view, equipped with:
- TV, Wi-Fi, armchair, 3-seater sofa, table and chairs, high chair for babies, etc.
Master bedroom with sliding glass doors and ocean view, equipped with:
- 1 bed (140x190) facing the floor-to-ceiling windows with a breathtaking ocean view, nightstands, closet, and travel crib
Bedroom 2, featuring:
- 1 140x190 bed, nightstands, and a small closet.
Bedroom 3, featuring:
- 1 140x190 bed, nightstands, and a small closet.
Bathroom equipped with:
- 1 bathtub/shower with a removable shower screen, a sink with a storage cabinet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
Separate toilet
Bed linens are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival; bath towels, dish towels, and cleaning supplies are included.
