About this apartment rental
A high-end apartment that was recently fully renovated in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood. Jean Bart Residence, on the Canche/Quentovic side. Perfect for walks. About 500 meters from Rue Saint Jean and 300 meters from the sea, yet free from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
67-square-meter apartment with 2 bedrooms:
- 1 master bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a large closet.
- 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds (90/190) that can be converted into double beds.
Large living room with open kitchen (approximately 30 m²) and a sofa bed, opening onto a large balcony with outdoor furniture facing a small pine grove. Sunny all morning until around 2:00 PM.
One bathroom with a shower stall and double sinks.
Natural light flows through the room.
Parking space.
Ideal for 4–6 people.

We arrived on the afternoon of an international air display, so the town was packed. We contacted Helene at just before 4pm, and she was there within minutes, so we checked in and went back to collect our car and parked up in the reserved space behind the apartment. The apartment was clean and the location excellent for the estuary, forest, sand dunes, beach and the town. There is a bakery 5 minutes walk and this was busy with locals queuing for their bread and delicious croissants. The location was quiet, and the balcony catches the morning sun. We had a wonderful 4 day break with our son and 6 year old granddaughter who loved collecting shells and fir cones. We'd definitely come back again.

Bon séjour l appartement est très bien équipé et bien situé tout peut se faire à pied et la place de parking est appréciable dans une ville où le parking est payant ,

Basic apartment in a superb location. While well equipped, the decoration and cleanliness of the apartment was not good. Be aware that there is no wifi and sheets and towels are not included and cost extra.
