My family and I visit France every summer and frequent Le Touquet a lot. This summer my parents accompanied us so this property proved an ideal location as it is a quick walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants. There is also a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor perfect for elderly parents. We really had a very lovely stay, however the communication with the property manager could have been better. There was no clear instruction on check-out, with the only words from the property manager instructing us to leave the house as we found it. When we arrived the house was not cleaned very well with dust, used plasters, medicine left from the previous guests. We tidied this up and cleaned the property well before departure. We did leave a few perishables in the fridge so as not to cause a smell by leaving in the outdoor bin for a few days before the collection. I informed the property manager of this upon our departure and received a text message stating I was the worst guest ever. I honestly have no bad words for the owner and the house is the perfect holiday home for a family on a budget to be near the beach and amenities of Le Touquet. My only advice to future renters is to ensure that things are very clear with the property manager.

Property had everything we could need with a teen, an 8yo and our pet dog. Down the quiet end of town near a square with some boules pits, 3 restaurants and a boulanger we felt perfectly situated. Great water pressure, ample space and we were very comfortable. The location was away from some of Touquet's nightlife which suited us. Loved the dog beach, estuary, rented quad bikes, trips to Montreuil, Wimeraux, Bolougne etc. Recommended.

Short 4 day family break with my son and family. Hadn’t seen for three years!! House was everything we needed. 2 bathrooms, bedroom downstairs with bathroom for myself and husband. Great space and second reception room a real bonus for anyone to have space. Well equipped kitchen. Prep space a bit small but no problem! 2 bicycles a bonus. Unfortunately one had a puncture but other got great use. Close to beach and amenities. Lovely bread shop and superb Casino supermarket nearby. Loved our short break. Even managed Bagatelle to reminisce when kids were small! We will be back!!!

The villa was much as had been described. It was further from the town centre than others we have stayed in, but the walk - with two small children - was manageable. The top floor of the house was fine, but the third bedroom on the ground floor was cramped and not very private. You have to take linen and towels - although I saw the cleaners make the beds after our stay, so maybe you can get sheets etc if you ask. The house was well decorated and on the whole, we were satisfied with it. We had a nice holiday.

Enjoyed a week in this lovely house, only 5 minutes walk into Le Touquet centre. Good space downstairs, the conservatory is nice because it allows a separate area if you want some "space". Well equipped kitchen. Although there is only a small worktop area to prepare food, the electrical appliances, cutlery and crockery are excellent. We found the mattresses comfy and slept well but the beds are low, my elderly parents struggled a bit. Lovely, well appointed bathroom facilities. On street parking was great too.

Wir haben uns mit 5 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub so im Haus benötigt. Die Anmietung lief problemlos. Bekannt ist der öffentliche Parkplatzmangel. Es sind in der Umgebung praktisch nur gebührenpflichtige Plätze auf den Straßen.

Mais le stationnement peut être payant mais surtout l'état des matelas est inadmissible : souillés avec des taches jaunes et de sang. Des ustensiles de cuisine étaient eux sales et gras. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
