About this cottage rental
Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, ice cream parlors, restaurants and bars. 2 bedrooms (queen& full size bed) with a loft upstairs which has a full sized futon. Parking enough for 4 cars. Outside shower. Comes with grill/ patio/ fire pit and hammock. Inside shower with toilet/sink. Perfect for a family vacation.

**SOMETHING TO NOTE** My cottage is a SMALL cottage. If you plan on spending most of your time outside and do not care about the size, this is the place for you! My family has mainly used this cottage as a place to rest their heads at night, whip up great food on the outdoor patio and relax in the hammock! Oh and of course the quick 5 minute walk to the beach!
The loft ladder is a straight up and down ladder, please be cautious while using this.
No washer or dryer. Comes fully equipped with everything else a family may need.
We prioritize your privacy, but for guests' safety, the cottage has exterior Ring cameras on front door, backyard & driveway. There is a Minut noise monitor in the living room. The Minut device detects & alerts excessive decibel levels & smoking it doesn't record conversations or audio, only ensuring quiet hours are met.

This was a really cute place. It was perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own room. The best part was the outdoor shower and the hammock and the close proximity to the beach. It was too hot for us to use the fire pit but that’s still a plus. Fresh sheets and towels were provided. My recommendation is to bring a fan for sitting in the living room because it gets very warm in there as the fan in the ceiling does not do much cooling. I was thankful that each bedroom had a window air conditioner. I did have to move a chair in the smaller bedroom so that there was something next to my bed for my cpap. Each room has a closet but the smaller room does not have any shelves nor any place to put my suitcase. Luis the host was so nice and prompt whenever I contacted him.

Stayed with my sisters and children. We loved being able to walk to the beach and being central to the local attractions and restaurants. Six of us fit comfortably and enjoyed the outdoor space. Although the cottage doesn't have lots of fancy amenities or space for hosting, it was perfect as a home base for enjoying the Cape.
