The property located at 93.5 - A The Manor is a beautiful two-story new construction home providing all the comforts of home combined with stylish furnishings and an amazing location. Unit A is the first-floor unit with an open concept living, dining, kitchen, and laundry. Just off the living area there is a king bedroom with private ensuite. Located to the right of the living area there are two additional bedrooms with private ensuites. 93.5-A The Manor has one private parking space.

The place was very nice and neat. Enjoyed the first floor other than the guests on the second floor that walked in heals every evening from what seemed like when we went to bed till when we work up. There were several young ladies and must have had heals on each night all night and paced the floors continuously. Did not bide well for sleeping. The only other issue was towels and lack of enough of them. Charleston had a heat index of 110 to 116 that time period so all 7 of us had to take showers at least once if not two times a day. There wasn't even enough provided for each of us to take showers one time a day. Air conditioning worked perfectly that long hot weekend. Other friends staying in Charleston had houses that were not working very efficienly. So this aspect was great!

Sisal carpet was in terrible shape. The kitchen light fixture was the strangest thing I’ve ever seen. Not too happy about the abandoned house right next to the bedroom window. The house served our main purpose
