About this house rental
Welcome to “Sound Perception” where you can experience breathtaking sound views and peeks of the ocean! This quiet area, a short distance from the heart of Surf City, offers a peaceful surrounding with private beach access just a 5 minute walk away. Fill your days with scenic views, beach fun, walks to the pier, bike rides into town, relaxing by the fire pit, and gorgeous sunsets. This house has it all to make wonderful memories!
New to the market, this rental offers plenty of space to spread out! The spacious common area includes a large dining table in addition to a breakfast bar. Relax in the cozy family room while watching your favorite shows on the large Roku TV or play one of the many family board games available. There is also a fireplace to enjoy on those chilly mornings and winter visits.
Enjoy the sound views on the large deck off the kitchen, which is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. Another spacious deck off the the family area offers more views of the sound and wonderful sunsets.
There are two guest rooms with queen beds that share a bath and a large built in bunk room with a private bath. While adults can surly enjoy the bunk room, kids will absolutely love it as their own little retreat. All of the bedrooms have a tv and direct access to a balcony.
The master suite is located on the very top with a king bed, private bath, work area and large Roku TV. There are also two balconies to view the sunrises in the morning and sunsets at night.
The outside area offers much privacy with a fire pit, seating area, outside games and security cameras. There are also beach chairs and toys to enjoy on the beach and a convenient outdoor shower.
Connecting all of the floors is an elevator for added convenience.
Sound Perception is located just a short bike ride away from the center of Surf City, where you will find shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops, a fishing pier and bike & boat rental shops.
Also, make sure to visit Soundside Park which offers live bands, festivals and movie nights. Across the Surf City bridge are more restaurants, shops and entertainment including Salty Turtle Brewery and Shipwreck Point Miniature Golf.
Wilmington is a little further south, approximately 30 miles, offering a beautiful river walk and more shopping, restaurants, museums and entertainment.

This was such a great spot for my sister and I to bring our families and our parents together to celebrate! The house was an easy walk to the private beach access, was super clean, included good beach essentials we could use, had so many decks with plenty of sunset views, and an amazing room for our kids (girls: 10, 12, 14 and 11yo boy). We would 100% recommend and return!

Wonderful and comfortable property! We have been coming to Topsail (Surf City) for years - this location is perfect. Listing and pictures are 100% accurate and host is very kind and accommodating. Highest recommendation I can give!
