Enjoy the bright and fresh coastal feel in this reverse floorplan home. The open living layout of the kitchen, dining room and living area, located on the second floor, invite everyone to converse and relax together. The vaulted ceilings, large windows and sliding doors create a spacious and light filled retreat. The comfortably furnished living room is perfect for movie night or enjoying ocean views. Be sure to admire the gigantic driftwood displayed in the modern kitchen, where you’ll find everything you’ll need during your stay. The dining table seats 10. The laundry area and a half bath are located nearby.

Outdoor Spaces:

While parking is somewhat limited, there is room for at least 4 cars. You’ll find two large oceanfront decks from which you can enjoy gorgeous sunrises, watch the dolphins pass by, or unwind with an evening meal while the cool breezes blow. After a day at the beach, rinse away the salt and sand in the outdoor hot/cold shower.

Location: 

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.4 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island.  This puts you close to restaurants, shops, and more!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
