About this house rental
This great home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with all the touches of home, a fully stocked kitchen, linens, toiletries. With views of Mission Bay and Seaworld, you'll be minutes from the beaches but far enough to enjoy a quiet getaway.
Mission/Pacific Beach, La Jolla, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, lots of restaurants and many attractions are within a 10-15 minute drive.
We spend extra time on the details for the home and to disinfect all surfaces, especially high-touch areas.
The entry to the home is gated and inside is a private green backyard and patio with a firepit and umbrella shade. The outdoor area is great to lounge in and relax.
Each of the three bedrooms is spacious with linens, extra pillows, blankets so you'll have space to stretch out during your stay.
The living room and kitchen is an open concept great room with a expensive island for entertaining and dining, seating six. The open concept leads to a large balcony with outdoor seating and dining area.
The home is perfectly located to take advantage of all that San Diego has to offer!
Full, private access to the entire home including three private bedrooms with adjoining baths, laundry, kitchen, dining area, and living room areas in and outside of the home.
You will have the space to yourselves but if you need anything or have any issues, you can contact us for assistance.
Bay Park is a great area for families to come relax and be in close proximity of everything San Diego has to offer but can also be a quiet getaway as well if that is what you are looking for.
The home is surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores all within a 5minute drive. There is normally ample parking on the street.
We are also a 5 minute walk from the Balboa trolley station which will give you easy access to UCSD, UTC mall, Old Town, and Downtown San Diego.

Host was very accommodating and responsive. House was nice and roomy and included everything needed for a perfect stay. This is a family home and not a home for younger group to party. In a quiet neighborhood with quiet hours. Please keep that in mind. We had issue with AC and owner immediately helped us. He set up items for our small child and was great to deal with. Nice outside and a lot of room. Location is close to everything. We loved our stay. Would stay again if in area.

Our group was a combination of friends and family and this was the perfect home for our stay in San Diego. We found ample space for alone and together time, lots of amenities and outdoor areas to enjoy, and a very friendly and responsive host. The location was also great with easy access to the freeway, metro station, beaches, and other attractions. Would definitely stay again, thanks for a wonderful time!
