Two of the bedrooms have designated work spaces, if you need to do some focused work during your stay.


Pineapple Breeze also provides you with all the amenities you need for fun in the sun, including surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, a paddle ball set, a pickleball set, and a mini cooler to take with you on the beach or park outings. Nearby Kate Sessions Park offers sweeping views of America’s Finest City and is the perfect place for a picnic. Fit in like a local by biking to the beach or bay (two adult bikes are provided). Cycling is a great way to explore this lively beach town and taste local cuisine at one of the many restaurants nearby.


Back at the house, take out the cornhole set or take advantage of the backyard lounge seating and gas grill, perfect for BBQs. The enclosed yard offers a safe space for children and pets. Indoors you’ll find more sources of entertainment, including board games, puzzles, a smart TV with streaming apps (to use with your login info), and a ping-pong table! Dog amenities such as beds, bowls, blankets, and paw towels are provided to ensure a pleasant stay for your four-legged companions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
