Beautiful Ocean View Home Overlooking San Diego Perfect For Your Family Vacation

Such a beautiful and impressive house! Scott was accommodating, quick at replying, and check-in / out process was smooth. The house looked even better than it did in the pictures and was very kid-friendly. It is well designed with plenty of space. The backyard views were gorgeous and the neighborhood was peaceful.

Such a charming place! Great place to have a family gathering. Beautiful views and a good location. Would definitely rent here gain.

This property worked out well for family and friends to pop in over the weekend of our son‘s wedding. It is very spacious, with lots of seating area, and a huge yard with beautiful view. The neighborhood is quiet and all the San Diego tourist sites are close by. Overall it was a pleasant stay and Scott is a good host. Since I’ve owned/managed a vacation rental in the Phoenix area, I do have a few comments:* There are many towels in the laundry area, but not many were in the actual bathrooms and none seemed to match. * The kitchen is well equipped, but items are placed randomly in the cupboards with no organization. * We did have to go out and purchase paper towels/kleenex — but in fairness to Scott I didn’t communicate this to him.

We were so excited to stay in this home for our daughter’s graduation. The outside deck and view were amazing and the party lights, hot tub and grill added to the ambiance. The basics of the home were clean (wood floors, counters, tubs, sinks) however inside the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were dirty. The kitchen had quite a few gadgets and other objects but they were spread haphazardly throughout the kitchen and most had seen better days. There were no serving spoons and limited silverware. Most bedroom closets were stuffed with old, dirty furniture, pillows and other items which was a real turn-off. We took pictures and let Scott know immediately and he was quick to respond, offering to have cleaners come in the next day. We declined as we had family arriving early the next day and opted to clean ourselves. We also needed to purchase toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap which we have never had to do before ( and have stayed at MANY vacation rentals). Scott did provide a partial refund for our troubles.
