LOCATION: Located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, The Ark. Easy 15-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Five-star restaurants and tax-free shops are right out your front door! This location is ideal and convenient. Park and walk everywhere. Walk to all the downtown restaurants.
Dogfish Head, Rise Up Coffee and Loves Liquors are steps away. Shopping options are endless – walk to quaint tax-free shops, drive, or take a bus to Tanger Outlets, just 5 minutes up on Rte. 1. Take a short Uber ride to downtown Dewey or Lewes.
PARKING: On-site parking for one car. A community parking permit is required.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Spacious single bedroom apartment and easy walking distance of downtown and the beach. Would highly recommend for any couples looking to get away and relax. Property was well maintained. Very clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. Great experience.

First of all this was a great value at peak season, and we like staying around the main boulevard. The unit was as described. The master bedroom did not have a TV. Also, the TV service is streaming only, and a bit confusing. I found the easiest thing to do was to bring my latop and and hook it up to the main TV. The proch is a nice feature but during most of the day quite noisy. The only other thing that is a problem is unloading belongings and then loading when you leave. It can be a bit cumbersome. However, overall, location was great, cost was very reasonable and accomodations were very good.

We were looking for a comfortable place to rest our heads and be able to walk downtown. This was perfect! Only shortcoming was having to pick up and drop off keys (kinda old school) vs using a combo or code. Minor inconvenience at most. Please was comfortable for the 5 of us! My teenage son slept on sofa and teenage girls shared the twin beds. Not huge but served its purpose. Could use more books in bathroom to hang towels or bathing suits. Also there isn’t a hose outside to spray off sand (unless I missed it). Overall we would definitely stay there again!

We were very pleased with everything. The tri-level gives the unit a larger feel and layout with laundry room at entrance helps keep bringing back sand from beach into condo. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. Lots of kitchen appliances and utensils. The laundry room had a nice beach cart and there are several Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs. Every room has a Roku TV. It's about a 20 min walk to beach but being right on Rehoboth Ave, makes the walk fun. We thought we would often drive to beach with all the chairs, cooler, etc but never did as the beach cart held everything and was easy to push. Ceiling fans with remote controls in every room and the a/c units in each room are commercial grade and quiet. Nice having a covered parking spot about 30 steps from car into unit. The ReMax office for key pickup/drop off is the very next block down.
