As someone who reads all the reviews, I'll be as honest as possible. The place is very nice, the bed was comfortable, and it's in a decent location to get around by car. The only reason it is 4 and not 5 stars is the pool could use some updating (tiles cracked, etc). The walls are pretty thin and since this is a bottom unit you could hear what could only be described as a stampede upstairs when they came home at night. When we arrived there was sand all over the chairs and counters, and the floors didn't appear to have been cleaned (I get it, it's a beach place, but I wiped the chair off and it took me 5 seconds). I did reach out to the people at vacasa and they were incredibly friendly and responsive!

They did bring some of the amenities when I called them. Was not happy there was a pool but it had green water in it and it was locked up.
