Comfortably sleeping up to five guests, the primary suite features a queen bed and private ensuite bath, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds and a convenient rollaway bed. Enjoy a spacious fully stocked kitchen, dining area, bright and inviting living room, laundry room, and a relaxing screened porch overlooking the peaceful pond.
Sanibel Village/Eagles Landing is a quiet yet active private community offering guests access to three community swimming pools (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day), walking trails, and two tennis courts. The community is known for its beautifully maintained grounds, mature landscaping, and convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk are just a quick bike ride away, and newly installed pedestrian crosswalk lights make getting around even easier and safer. Jungle Jim's Water Park is located right next door for endless family fun during your stay.
