+very good location, walking distance to everywhere +Private parking is a huge plus +Very clean and well equipped apartment, you've everything you need. +Nice details like bread , water and some juice in the fridge and some small local gifts. Very thoughtful.
-there are some construction work going around and they start very early. -water pressure a bit low.

Very nice apartment close to center. It was clean and very well equipped.
Property was perfect. Just across the street, there is a school and it’s a bit noisy in the morning.

La posizione è comodissima al centro ma resta tranquilla. L'appartamento si presenta bene ad una prima occhiata.
I materassi molli, sfondati al centro e completamente macchiati, le assi di legno appoggiate alla struttura del letto al posto di una reale rete con doghe. Qualche pentola arrugginita. Pulizia da rivedere, polvere e capelli qua e la. Aspirazione e luce bagno andavano a tratti. Posto auto angusto e assolutamente non funzionale dovendo parcheggiare all'interno delle linee bianche- chiuse da muri davanti e dietro. Ricevuto minacce dai vicini perché l'auto sporgeva di 20 cm. (No, l'auto non si può lasciare di sbieco come nelle foto).
