One bedroom is separated from the other two. It's located on the northwest side of house adjoined to the Arizona Room. It has a large window with a view of the swimming pool.
2 remodeled full bathrooms
Both bathrooms are completely remodeled one with walk-in tile shower and granite top vanity.
The 2nd bath has deep soaking tub.
Front living room has a 60” flat screen TV, TiVo, Roku.
Fully equipped kitchen including air fryer, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.
Office space with large desk and arm chair fiber optic (WiFi)
Arizona Room with 50” flat screen with local channels, Roku and Netflix. Great view of pool and covered patio area.
The outside space has a large (12’ X 30’) covered patio, 2 tables and chairs with gas BBQ grill.

I was in town for ASU Graduation. The location was close to the Airport/ASU and the Arts District of Scottsdale. We joke because everything in AZ is just 9 mins away! The house was fun and had everything you needed for day-to-day use!

The house was in a great location and we were minutes away from everything we had planned. It was so nice to have the pool. We will definetly stay here again when we return.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and spacious, the neighborhood was quiet. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Pool had many leaves floating in it and the self cleaning system hose was separated.
