About this house rental
Our home is a beautiful mid-century modern 3br tradtional Old Town Scottsdale home with a private pool. About 1 mile south of Downtown Old Town Scottsdale, we are in close proximity to restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, art district, fashion square and Scottsdale Stadium (Giants Spring Training). We are also a short distance from the Tempe/ASU area. We have large pool area with plenty of lounge space and a propane grill. This house is great for couples, families, and group trips. The house has modern updates and retains vintage Old Town Scottsdale style. Pool area has been updated and we have a patio space that includes plenty of seating. When you enter the home there is a large seating area with lazyboy chair, large sleeper sofa, and 2 seater couch with rocking lounge chairs. We have a 65" HDTV with YouTubeTV provided. The kitchen has large cabinets with plenty of space (stocked with plates, drinking cups, pots/pans, wine glasses, and utensils), a microwave, coffee maker (with filters), toaster, and blender. The kitchen table can comfortably seat 6 people and we have an additional bar level table that seats four in the living room area. The house is also supplied with bath and pool towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

We spent Thanksgiving in Scottsdale to see my daughter. It was an amazing trip. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. It had wonderful outdoor seating to enjoy conversations and the gorgeous weather. If we ever need to rent another house in the area we will definitely be looking to return to this one.
Everything we needed was very close by.. We even took an extended day trip to the Grand Canyon. My mother and stepfather went with us and it is much more special to us than it already was because my mother passed just a few short days after leaving. I'm so thankful we had such a wonderful family gathering.

We loved our week at this home. It was fully stocked with everything we needed (towels, bedding, dishes, kitchen equipment, laundry soap, paper products) and very clean. The instructions we were given were easy to follow and we had no problems. The backyard is private. The neighbourhood is quiet and the location was perfect. Old Scottsdale is close enough to walk to or you can take a free trolley, and Papago Park is about a 40 minute walk away. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by. We would definitely rent this home again.
