I lived in this neighborhood in the early 80's, it's being cleaned up and coming from Pinetop we love the location

When we first arrived the refrigerator was not working. We put food in it, ice in the freezer, spoiler alert there is no ice machine and NO ice cube trays. After going out to dinner and back to the house we realized the fridge was not cooling. We panicked and messaged the host re; that and the living room tv not working. He didnt seem very interested so we plugged the fridge into a different outlet and boom, it started working. He said the TV was working, yes it turned on but only got one channel. So if that is working, then yes the tv worked. The blinds fell off in one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan but no remote and no way to turn on. When the host did get back to us he did have a handy man contact us right away but we were then out to dinner. He said he would contact us Saturday. Tuesday he finally got in touch with us but by then we were done with it. House was pretty clean except the floor. Walked around barefoot for an evening, then looked at the bottom of my feet which were not completely filthy.
