الموقع ممتاز و البلكونة كبيرة مع ان المظلات برمجيتها صعبة تفتح لوحدها و تسكر لوحدها التحكم فيها صعب
بعيدة عن المصعد تقريبا الشقة قبل الاخيرة بالممر طويل غرفة رمي القمامة معظم الاوقات مغلقة رغم وجود جدول مواعيد ، باب الشور مكسور بالحمام و كثيرمن الادوات مفقودة واتتبهو تلبسها فيكم تكون مكسورة وملصمقه اي كلام و بعدين تتلبشون فيها اي شي خربان صورنه و ارسلو لها ..الجار بالشقة المجاورة مزعج جدااا صوت الاغاني للفجر و الضيوف عنده بالمئات حرفيا يسبب قلق
