Big, bright and airy with an excellent location close to the beach and shopping. Fabulous large balcony with great sea front views and a very convenient pool located on the property too. Perfect for our needs as central to everything yet quiet, lots of supermarkets close by also.
Maybe plan your return flight to tie in with check out as there is nowhere on the property to store your luggage once checked out if you have a late flight.

Lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko centrum (Puerto Banus), ale na tyle odsunięty, że wracający imprezowicze nad ranem nie przeszkadzali.
Niedziałające w dwóch pokojach rolety na oknach (jasno 24/7) i zepsute markizy na tarasach.

Es un apartamento precioso, en el centro de Puerto Banús, junto a la playa y el puerto. Nos alojamos dos parejas y un chihuahua y los cinco disfrutamos de la estancia. Es un alojamiento muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario, en caso de querer hacer alguna comida en la vivienda. Lo mejor de todo es la magnífica terraza muy bien amueblada para disfrutar de la increíble vista al mar. El personal que atiende las reservas es muy competente y atento siempre a solventar con rapidez y eficiencia cualquier deficiencia que pueda surgir.
Lo único que no me gustó es que tardaran ocho días en devolvernos la fianza. Aunque en el contrato que se acepta ya especifica que será así, no entiendo esta política de devolución. En cualquier caso, es un detalle menor que no enturbia en absoluto la agradable estancia.
